CHENNAI, Aug 12: A 24-year-old man posing as doctor was arrested by the police at the Government General Hospital in Chennai. According to police, Venkatesan of Red Hills and MBBS aspirant, who had only completed schooling, was seen roaming in one of the wards with a stethoscope and an overcoat.
