CHANDIGARH, Aug 17: The City police today registered five cases pertaining to theft in different parts of the City.
Bishav Preet Singh, a resident of Sector 8, reported to the police that his pistol (make Colt) was stolen from his car CHM 3 parked outside the Golf Club, last night.
While N. P. Singh, a resident of Sector 44, reported theft of parts of his car, DDC 7221, from outside his house. Ravi Arora also complained of theft of parts of his car DL 2CC 3019 from outside his house in Sector 33. The police have registered separate cases.Also, three cases of cycle theft, one in Sector 15 and two others in Industrial Area, were registered.
