The DIG and the Superintendent of Police of Chapra in Bihar were shifted on the directives of the Election Commission, state police headquarters sources said on Monday night.
The state police HQ here received the EC’s orders in this regard on Monday night after which dig Ganesh Prasad Yadav and sp Ganesh Kumar were shifted, they said. No replacement has been announced yet, the sources said. — PTI
