CHENNAI, Apr. 13: Chennai is undergoing a ‘near-normal’ summer with temperatures higher by only 1 or 2 degrees centigrade, according to the Meteorological department. However, a discougaring fact is that temperatures have hovered only above the ‘normal’ range without a day’s exception.
