Home Trade Ltd ceo Sanjay Agarwal, prime accused in the Rs 92.78 crore Seamen’s PF Organisation scam, was on Thursday remanded to judicial custody till June 20 by a special court here.
On a plea by cid, special judge S.G. Deshmukh also allowed the cops to take Agarwal to Nagpur for his production in a court there on Friday. He was brought here from Nagpur on May 24 and remanded to custody.
