Asserting that she is a loyal party worker, Gujarat Congress MLA from Anjar Neema Acharya reiterated her appeal to Sonia Gandhi to ‘‘consider views of party workers who were against her becoming the PM due to her foreign origin’’. ‘‘Eighty per cent of people of my region feel she should not aspire to be the PM,’’ Neema, who had earlier written to Sonia to ‘‘reflect’’ on peoples’ views, said. —(PTI)
