Preeti Singh,daughter-in-law of a former Madhya Pradesh Minister died under mysterious circumstances after sustaning bullet injuries,police said.

Police said Preeti,daughter-in-law of late Shivpratap Singh,sustained bullet injuries under mysterious circumstances and was profusely bleeding upon arrival at the hospital.

Later,she succumbed to the injuries,police said.

The 35-year-old daughter of former Panna MLA Veer Vikram Singh was married to Giriraj Singh,who had also died after sustaining bullet injuries at his home some years ago,police said.

Preeti’s autopsy report is awaited,police added.
