IDP IELTS introduces scholarships worth Rs 30 lakh for Indian test takers

To promote diversity and gender inclusion in global education, IDP IELTS India has reserved 33 per cent of the awards for its female candidates.

IDP Education, the distributor of IELTS tests in India, today announced the IELTS Celebrating Success Award,which will provide 300 awards, each worth Rs 10,000.

This award will be available for those who achieve an overall band score of 6 or higher on their IELTS test. This initiative will reward 100 test takers per month, across India, to realise their study, work, and migration goals abroad.

To be eligible for the award, candidates must be 18 years or older and must book an IELTS test — whether Academic or General Training — between October 1 and December 31. The winners will be announced by the 15th of the following month, with a panel selection based on qualitative responses to designated questions.

Additionally, to promote diversity and gender inclusion in global education, IDP IELTS India has reserved 33 per cent of the awards for its female candidates.
