Rural area schools outperformed their urban counterparts with an 85.94% pass rate, compared to the latter’s 85.83%. Charkhi Dadri district outperformed all others in Haryana in terms of Class 12 results. Meanwhile, Palwal district recorded the lowest pass percentage.
This year, the commerce stream recorded the highest pass percentage with 94.35%, followed by 92.20% for science and 85.31% for arts.

Last year, the Haryana Board declared the Class 12 results on April 30. In the 2024 academic session, a total of 2,13,504 candidates appeared for the examinations. The overall pass percentage stood at 85.31%, with girls outperforming boys, 88.14% compared to a lower percentage among male students.

To pass HBSE Class 10 and 12 board exams, students must score at least 33 marks in each subject. Scoring less will result in failure in that particular subject.
Last year, 96.32% of girls passed the Class 10 board exam compared to 94.22% boys, highlighting stronger academic performance among female students.
In 2024, the pass percentage for girls in Class 12 was 88.14%, while boys recorded 82.52%, showing that girls continued to outperform their male counterparts.
Students must visit bseh.org.in, click on the Results section, enter details like roll number or name, and download their result. A printout of the marksheet can also be taken for future reference.
HBSE conducted Class 10 and 12 board exams from February 27 to April 2, 2025, with a total of 5,16,787 students appearing for the examinations across the state.
