The Chaitanya Kaushal Trust,a charitable institution,has invited applications from needy students to receive financial aid for pursuing their junior college studies.
Students who have passed Class X are eligible to apply. A monthly financial assistance will be offered to students based on their merit and the financial status of the family, said an official release.
Application forms are available at the trusts office at Bhakti Bungalow,285/16,Koregaon Park,Pune 411001. Forms will be made available on payment of Rs 10 or sending a postage stamp of Rs 10 and a self-addressed stamped envelope through post.
Application forms completed in English should reach the trust by August 16.
Only short-listed students will be called for interview. Financial assistance can be given for the entire period of education,but for one academic year at a time,subject to the students academic performance, said the trust.
