Two men,who had stepped out of the Shivajinagar court after attending their case on Monday afternoon,were assaulted by another man allegedly with intention of robbery. The cops however,managed to nab suspect Sachin Kisan Jawale.
Balaji Kishore Majulkar (26),his brother Bhagwan (29) and Bhagwans wife had come to the court to attend the hearing of their case on Monday afternoon. The police said that at 4.40pm,suspect Jawale allegedly pushed Balaji after which he had an argument with him. Jawale allegedly attacked Balaji with a knife on his face and Bhagwan on his back.
When public started gathering around them,Jawale fled.
The police patrolling outside the court informed Shivajinagar police aboutt he incident and took the injured to Sassoon General hospital.
The duo are recuperating at the Sassoon Hospital.
