The Esplanade Metropolitan Magistrate Court Thursday issued notices to actor Shah Rukh Khan,his wife Gauri,Jaslok Hospital and civic authorities following a criminal complaint by activist Varsha Deshpande. She has alleged that provisions of the Pre-Conception and Pre-Natal Diagnostic Techniques Act were flouted as proper inquiries were not conducted into her complaint on whether the couple had a sex determination test done.
