Madhuri Misal, 49
Constituency: Parvati
A four-term MLA, Madhuri Misal is among the few women legislators who have retained their constituencies. Misal, who began her political career under stalwarts like late Gopinath Munde and Pramod Mahajan, first won from Parvati in 2009. She held the constituency in successive polls in 2014, 2019 and 2024.
Pankaj Bhoyar, 47
Constituency: Wardha
Bhoyar had managed to retain the Wardha seat after defeating Congress candidate Shekhar Pramod Shende. Bhoyar, who was with the Congress, first fought the Assembly polls as a BJP candidate in 2014. He had subsequently won the Assembly polls in 2019 and 2024.
Meghana Bordikar, 44
Constituency: Jintur
Bordikar had won from the Jintur seat in Parbhani district in the 2019 and 2024 Assembly polls. Daughter of senior leader Ramprasad Bordikar, Meghana has represented the organisation as Parbhani zilla president, voicing concerns of the rural population.
Ashish Jaiswal, 53
Constituency: Ramtek
Ashish Jaiswal is a four-term MLA from Ramtek in Vidarbha region which he represented in 1999, 2004 and 2009. In 2014, he lost the seat to BJP’s Dwaram Reddy, but won the seat back as an independent in 2019 polls. He is the only face of Sena in Vidarbha.
Yogesh Kadam, 38
Constituency: Dapoli
Yogesh, who became the youngest minister from Shiv Sena, is a second term MLA from Dapoli in Raigad district. He contested his first elections in 2019 from undivided Sena. Yogesh is the son of senior Sena leader and former minister Ramdas Kadam.
Indraneel Naik, 42
Constituency: Pusad
Naik, a two-term MLA, is the son of former Congress minister Manohar Naik and grandnephew of former CM Sudhakarrao Naik and great grandnephew of former CM Vasantrao Naik. The Naik family has been winning from Pusad Assembly seat in Vidarbha’s Yavatmal district since the first-ever election held in Maharashtra in 1952.
