Lamborghini loses control, hits divider at Coastal Road, no injuries: Police

A senior officer confirmed the incident and said, Shah did not suffer major injury.

A Lamborghini car lost control and crashed into a divider at Coastal Road on Sunday morning. The incident occurred while a person identified as Ashit Shah, 52, was heading towards South Mumbai around 9.30am and lost control of the car near pillar number 53 and crashed into a divider.

A senior officer confirmed the incident and said, Shah did not suffer major injury. The incident was reported to the Worli police station.

The traffic police also reached the spot soon after getting the information. “The person was heading towards south Mumbai and looking at the impact of the incident it seems that the car was going around 100 kilometres per hour”. There was no serious injury or any traffic disruption as it was morning and no other vehicles were around at the time of the incident, added an official.

The Worli police registered a case under section 281,125,324(4) BNS along with 184 Motor Vehicle Act against the driver of the vehicle.
