Bengaluru airport’s Terminal 2 gets 5-star Skytrax rating

The terminal also includes accessibility features like a sensory room for passengers with sensory sensitivities, sensor-based doors, audio prompts, and a programme for hidden disabilities. On sustainability, Terminal 2 has pre-certification for Platinum LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) status and uses renewable energy and electric vehicle infrastructure. Retail, dining, and lounge facilities were also noted in the Skytrax evaluation.
