Earthquake rattle NW Pakistan, 9 children injured

Earthquake in Tajikistan LIVE UPDATES: Tremors were felt in Delhi-NCR and parts of north India. Meanwhile, USGS said the temblor was centered just across the border, in a remote part of Tajikistan.
