Haryana DGP O P Singh rescued an accident victim and rushed him to a hospital in Panchkula. Singh was passing by when he saw a collision between a car and a scooter. He got the victim shifted to a hospital in his escort vehicle and alerted the deputy commissioner for medical help. Passersby and commandos also assisted in the rescue.
