Netflix's extremely good-looking period drama, a story of Queen Elizabeth II from her marriage and the circumstances leading up to her coronation until today, is not particularly bingeable. It is not so much its pace as the narrative heft which forces the viewer to pause and reflect after each episode. It actually moves rapidly, chronologically speaking. The show is absolutely gorgeous. It does complete justice to its immoderate budget. The visual beauty is not just skin-deep. The attention to minute details is as exquisite. With the third season, it has only gotten better with the addition of Olivia Colman, Tobias Menzies and Helena Bonham Carter (replacing Claire Foy, Matt Smith and Vanessa Kirby, respectively).
A DC TV show that embraced the crazy after tip-toeing around it for a couple of seasons. And it is live-action. There is few things off-limits or too insane for this show. It may not have Batman (Bruce Wayne is a young boy in the show) but it has every single member of Batman's rogues gallery, and this was just as good.

The film was an enjoyable adventure for both kids and adults and Andy Serkis’ son Louis Ashbourne Serkis, who played the lead, has a bright future ahead of him.

The show delves into their struggle with the age difference, breaking the taboo around it and subsequently, finding the courage to go public with it. There is also a fantastic sub-plot that highlights the various problems faced by women in the corporate world of South Korea. A definite must-watch.

Shahid, a biopic, is based on the real-life story of slain human rights lawyer Shahid Azmi. He fought cases for the poor and innocent who were jailed or arrested on the charges of being terrorists. In 2010, he was gunned down while defending Fahim Ansari, accused in the 26/11 Mumbai attacks. Even though Azmi was a hero for the innocents he saved, Mehta doesn’t portray him as a hero or a saint in the biopic. Shahid is a must-watch for its gripping narrative and effective performance.
