Actors Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna have been a part of hit films such as Geetha Govindam and Dear Comrade, and ever since their hit onscreen appearances, speculation about their offscreen romance has been generating interest among their fans. While neither of them have confirmed or denied relationship rumours, a recent video of them dining together has attracted the interest of their fans once again.

In the video, Vijay and Rashmika can be seen at a restaurant with a group of friends. Vijay’s brother Anand is also a part of the group. The video was shared on several fan pages on social media, where fans expressed their excitement at seeing the two of them together. In recent weeks, it was also rumoured that they had broken up.

A fan commented on the video, “I hope they are still together,” while another one wrote, “hehe, they are already our VIROSH – perfect couple fr”. Rashmika and Vijay often hang out together and talk about each other fondly.

Recently, on Rashmika’s birthday in May, several fans pointed out that the both of them were in the same house. They deduced this from Rashmika’s Instagram live video, and some pictures of Vijay. They were also said to be holidaying together on New Year’s in Goa. Earlier, Rashmika had addressed these dating rumours and called it “cute”.

In an interview with Mashable, when asked about the dating rumours, Rashmika said, “It is all so cute no. I am like aiyoo babu. It is so cute.” The 26-year-old actor said that she and Vijay are like-minded individuals who grew close while working on numerous projects together and have industry friends in common. “I have this gang in Hyderabad, he has this gang in Hyderabad. And we have a lot of mutual friends. It’s like that. It’s so cute when the whole world is like ‘Rashmika and Vijay’, that’s cute,” she added.

On the work front, Rashmika’s next film is Animal with Ranbir Kapoor. It is set to release in August, whereas Vijay’s next film Kushi with Samantha Ruth Prabhu will hit the theatres in September.
