Pushpa 2 box office collection day 11 early report: Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna’s Pushpa 2 has been setting new benchmarks at the box office since its release. The film witnessed an impressive 73 per cent surge in collections on Saturday and is expected to see a similar, if not higher, jump on Sunday, as weekends typically draw more crowds. This marks the movie’s second weekend in theatres. According to Sacnilk, the movie had already amassed Rs 57.22 crore by 6 pm on Sunday.
Reports indicate that the Hindi version of Pushpa 2 alone is likely to rake in Rs 60-65 crore on Sunday, further boosting its already stellar box office performance. This trend is not surprising, as the Hindi version has been consistently outperforming the Telugu version since the film’s release. While the movie experienced a slight dip in collections during weekdays, it still managed to surpass the lifetime domestic collection of RRR. On Saturday, the film saw a remarkable resurgence, collecting Rs 63.3 crore.

As per Sacnilk, Pushpa 2 has earned Rs 1,196 crore worldwide, with its domestic collections standing at Rs 866.5 crore. Pushpa 2 now sets its sights on overtaking Prabhas’ Baahubali 2, which holds the record with Rs 1,030.42 crore in domestic collections.
The ongoing success of Pushpa 2 has not been without its challenges. The hype surrounding the film was somewhat overshadowed by Allu Arjun’s arrest on Friday in connection with the death of a 39-year-old woman during a stampede at Hyderabad’s Sandhya Theatre. The stampede occurred when fans gathered in massive numbers to catch a glimpse of the actor during the film’s screening. Following his arrest, Arjun was released on bail on Saturday.
Despite the controversy, the actor has received overwhelming support from his colleagues in the film industry. Several celebrities, including Rana Daggubati, Naga Chaitanya, Manchu Vishnu, Siddu Jonnalagadda, Vijay Deverakonda, and Pushpa 2 director Sukumar, visited his house to show their solidarity after his release. On Sunday, Allu Arjun was spotted visiting his uncle, megastar Chiranjeevi, along with his wife Sneha Reddy and their children, Ayaan and Arha.
