The 29-year-old rapper popped the question to Ciara on her 28th birthday with a 15-carat diamond ring,reported Aceshowbiz.
“Today has to be like one of the sweetest days of my life! The best birthday ever,” Ciara tweeted.
“If I’m dreaming I don’t want to wake up,” she added.
