Rashmika Mandanna experienced what is an average flyer’s worst nightmare: Extreme turbulence. The actor on Saturday took to Instagram and shared her harrowing experience, where her flight had to reportedly make an emergency landing.
According to a report in Deccan Chronicle, the flight Rashmika was on had to make an emergency landing due to “a technical glitch and extreme turbulence.” According to the report, the Air Vistara flight was on course from Mumbai to Hyderabad during the turbulence and had to return to Mumbai after 30 minutes due to an “unforeseen technical issue.” No one was injured in the incident.
Rashmika took to Instagram and shared a selfie with actor Shraddha Das and another image, which shows the feet of both actors pressed hard against the footboard. “Just FYI, this is how we escaped death today,” her caption read.
The actor is currently on a career-high with the release of Animal, starring Ranbir Kapoor. The Sandeep Reddy Vanga directorial, which was released in December last year, emerged as one of the biggest hits of all time.
Rashmika will be next seen in another big film — Pushpa 2. The much-awaited sequel of the Allu Arjun starrer is gearing up for a grand release in August this year.
