Deepika Padukone ‘loves’ Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani, mimics Ranveer Singh as she gives a review of his performance; Alia Bhatt calls the video ‘outstanding’

Deepika missed the special screening of Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani due to her work commitments in Hyderabad. However, she was part of a bash hosted by Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani director Karan Johar along with Ranveer and Alia.

Before watching the film, Ranveer took to his Instagram account and dropped a cute selfie with Deepika and shared a poll asking his fans, “Taking her to see Rocky Rani”, while giving them options to choose from, ” ‘She’s gonna love it’, ‘She’s gonna LUHHV it’ and ‘Chup kar chappal khayega’. ”

Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone were spotted holding hands and flashing smiles as they were all set to watch Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani. Not to miss, Deepika opted for a denim jacket, which had Ranveer’s initials, ‘RS’, stitched on it. Additionally, the back of her jacket featured a massive picture of Ranveer. The actor was seen in an all-black outfit, which he completed with a matching beanie and a face mask.

A positive word-of-mouth is working for Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani as it brings audience to the theaters over the weekend. After opening with Rs 11.1 crore, the film saw almost 45 per cent growth on Saturday as it minted Rs 16.05 crore, as reported by trade analyst Taran Adarsh. This brings the two-day collection of the film to Rs 27.15 crore.
