Actor-couple Varun Tej and Lavanya Tripathi got married last week at a star-studded function. On Sunday, the Telugu stars hosted a grand reception for their loved ones which was also attended by the who’s who of the film industry. The reception was at the N Convention Center in Hyderabad and saw the likes of Naga Chaitanya, Adivi Sesh, Sundeep Kishan, Naga Babu Konidela, Padmaja Konidela, Allu Sirish and Indian badminton star Saina Nehwal, among others, in attendance.
For the reception, Lavanya picked up an exquisite gold saree with a sleeveless blouse and completed her look as a new bride by wearing sindoor and heavy jewelery. Varun, on the other hand, sported a black and golden blazer with black pants. The couple held hands as they greeted the guests and even posed for the cameras.
While Naga Chaitanya made a solo entry, he took time to meet the couple and was seen in an animated conversation with them. Saina Nehwal entered with husband Parupalli Kashyap in tow as they posed for the shutterbugs. While she wrote a green sequined gown and dupatta, Kashyap was dressed in a deep blue sherwani-style suit.
Actors Varun Tej and Lavanya Tripathi tied the knot in a dreamy setup in Italy on November 1. The couple got married in the presence of family and close friends. Pawan Kalyan, Chiranjeevi, Ram Charan, Allu Arjun, Sai Dharam Tej, Allu Sirish and Vaishnav Tej, among others, graced the wedding. A day after the wedding, Varun took to his Instagram handle and dropped beautiful pictures with Lavanya from their big day, captioning his post simply, ‘My Lav’.
As per reports, after the Hyderabad function, the couple intends to hold another reception in Dehradun, Lavanya’s hometown.
