There is no doubt that actor Nani is serious about reshaping his career and image. While he often made sojourns into the action genre, Nani’s strength did lie in intense family dramas, and not-so-intense romcoms, and it was a template that held him in good stead ever since he made his debut with Ashta Chamma (2008). But with the back-to-back glimpses into his lineup of films, especially HIT: The Third Case, and now, Srikanth Odela’s The Paradise, the writing on the wall is very clear… and it is in blood red.
The makers of The Paradise released a glimpse into the world created by Srikanth, and it was aptly titled, “A Raw Statement.” An explosive and expletive-filled voiceover, which is from the mother of the character played by Nani, sets the stage for the protagonist to become a leader of an outcast tribe likened to crows.

Here’s the glimpse:
The Paradise promises a raw and gritty tale about a fight against oppression set in Hyderabad. Apart from the setting and the visuals of the film, what truly makes it even more intriguing is the look of Nani, who sports twin braids.
The glimpse of The Paradise is elevated by the striking visuals of GK Vishnu, and the electrifying score by Anirudh Ravichander. The movie marks Anirudh’s reunion with the actor after Gang Leader and Jersey.
Even though he is just fresh off the success of the action drama, Saripodhaa Sanivaaram, it is clear that the violence and its intensity will be dialed up by more than just a few notches in HIT 3 and The Paradise.
