Music director Thaman S and actor-politician Nandamuri Balakrishna set the stage on fire in the recently conducted musical event, Euphoria Musical Night, organised by the NTR Trust. The event, which was conducted to support Thalassemia patients, also marked the completion of 28 years since the NTR Trust was started.
The event was graced by the Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu, Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan and Minister Nara Lokesh. The crowds were in raptures listening to their speeches, and it was an electrifying atmosphere courtesy the musical concert by Thaman. Sharing a curated video from the event, Thaman wrote, “An Event To Cherish For this Lifetime. Thanks to Nara Bhuvaneswari Mam. It was so delightful To Perform before Nara Chandrababu Naidu garu, Nara Lokesh brother, Pawan Kalyan gaaru, and Nandamuri Balakrishna Gaaru. Thanks everyone for making Our NTR Trust Event a blockbuster one.”
Taking to social media after the event, the Andhra CM expressed his heartfelt gratitude to everyone involved in making the event a success, and mentioned Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan’s donation of Rs 50 lakh to the trust.
Another viral video features Nandamuri Balakrishna on the stage. The sportive thespian not only took the stage on the insistence of the musicians, but also joined them in singing. He crooned the “Suguna Sundari” number from his own superhit film, Veera Simha Reddy. He sang it along with singers like Sahithi Chaganti, and Srikrishna. If that wasn’t cool and sportive enough, he also joined the legendary drummer Sivamani, who was playing in the concert, and drummed out a few beats along with the award-winning musician.
Incidentally, Thaman has delivered multiple blockbuster albums for Balakrishna, including the recent Daaku Maharaaj. The duo were recently in the news for Balakrishna’s gesture of gifting a Porsche car to Thaman for his contribution in elevating his films.
