Saif Ali Khan was last seen in Prabhas’s Adipurush as Lankeshwar aka Ravan, and now, he will be locking horns with another Telugu superstar Jr NTR in the upcoming film Devara. On Saif Ali Khan’s birthday today, Jr NTR has unveiled a poster of the actor from the film. Saif looks rustic with long hair in the poster, which has also revealed the name of his character as Bhaira.
The gloomy poster has mountains in the background and the sea in the foreground. It has the same mood as the first-look poster of the film featuring Jr NTR, who was seen standing on the shore amidst waves.
NTR wished him a happy birthday along with the poster on Twitter.
According to reports, Saif was shooting for Devara in Hyderabad but has taken a break from the schedule to spend time with his family on his birthday.
Directed by Kortala Siva, who has blockbusters like Srimanthudu, Mirchi, and Bharat Ane Nenu, Devara also stars another Bollywood star, Janhvi Kapoor in her Telugu debut. Prakashraj, Meka Srikanth, Shine Tom Chacko, Narain, and Murali Sharma are also part of the film. Anirudh Ravichander is composing the music for Devara.
Devara is the next big film in Telugu, which has the same hype as Mahesh Babu’s Guntur Kaaram and Allu Arjun’s Pushpa The Rule. It marks the return of Jr NTR after the glorious success of RRR. It has to be seen if the actor surpasses his RRR performance with Devara. Jr NTR is also part of Hrithik Roshan’s War 2.
