The Kapil Sharma Show episode on Sunday turned out to be a laugh riot with the team of Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan taking the stage. Lead stars Salman Khan and Pooja Hegde were joined by the newcomers Shehnaaz Gill, Palak Tiwari, Vinali Bhatnagar, Siddharth Nigam, Raghav Juyal and Jassie Gill. Kapil had a fun time getting them to reveal secrets about each other.
The episode started with Salman and Pooja entering the stage and indulging in banter with Kapil. The comedian then called Pooja ‘orange kulfi’ given she was wearing an orange bodycon gown. “Maine bahut khai hai, abhi tak aawaz gayi hui hai (I have had many of those, I still have bad throat),” Salman joked, and went on to talk about the kind of ice-creams and fruits he has grown up eating. He also said that there wasn’t enough food at home when they were growing up so they have had all kinds of fruits and often the maalis (gardeners) would also beat them up.
Later, the younger actors joined the stage and Kapil spoke about how he has worked with Shweta Tiwari in Comedy Circus, and Palak was just a little girl then. He asked her about his mother’s well-being and Palak, smilingly replied to him calling him ‘sir’. Kapil then spoke to Shehnaaz and said she was looking ‘pyaari’ (lovely). To this, Shehnaaz replied that she always looks lovely. However, she reasoned her quiet demeanour to her ‘western outfit’ saying that she is in the look. Salman cracked up on her comment and said he should get ‘salwar patiala’ for her.
Kapil Sharma then asked the team if Shehnaaz Gill irritated them since she talks a lot. Pooja Hegde dismissed it saying she never caused any trouble. Raghav Juyal, who is rumoured to be dating Shehnaaz, pitched in to say that ‘ladki hai toh bhayankar’. His comment seemingly upset Shehnaaz as she was seen making a face. Salman Khan too joined the fun and said that Raghav can call her bhayankar, as the dancer tried to cover up by saying how Shehnaaz is a great actor and dancer, and he said the word in a positive way.
At the trailer launch, Salman Khan had teased Raghav and Shehnaaz on their rumoured relationship. While he mentioned how he saw chemistry being built looking at Raghav, he advised Shehnaaz to move on, seemingly from Sidharth Shukla.
