While Salman Khan fans are looking forward to seeing him on the big screen, it’s Shehnaaz Gill’s fans who are most excited. The Bigg Boss 13 star is all set to make her Bollywood debut with the film. On Sunday, Salman Khan Films shared mini clips introducing the younger lot of the cast. Apart from Shehnaaz, Palak Tiwari, Vinali Bhatnagar, Raghav Juyal, Siddharth Nigam and Jassie Gill are seen talking about their characters.
Shehnaaz, in the video, mentions about her character being named Sukoon. She adds how people get sukoon (peace) seeing her on screen, and now she is all set to be just that in the film along with bhai (Salman Khan). Vinali Bhatnagar is named Chahat in the film and in her introduction video she calls herself the youngest, cutest and sweetest. Palak Tiwari, on the other hand, says that she cannot wait for the audience to watch the film, which is all about love, laughter and a lot of ‘seeti maar’ moments. She is named Muskaan in Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan.
As for the boys — Siddharth Nigam, Raghav Juyal and Jassie Gill, their characters are called Love, Ishq and Moh. They all ask fans to be ready for their film, which promises to be an entertainer.
The team of Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan will be on The Kapil Sharma Show to promote their film. On the show, Shehnaaz made the big revelation that she had unknowingly blocked Salman Khan’s number when he called to offer her the film. She shared that she was in Amritsar, when she received calls from an unknown number. Not wanting to entertain the calls at the moment she blocked the number, only to be later informed that it was Salman Khan, who was calling her.
“I was in Amritsar visiting the Gurudwara when I received a call from an unknown number. And I have this habit of blocking unknown numbers, so I did the same. Then after a few minutes, I got a message that Salman sir is trying to call me. Just to verify, I put the number on the Truecaller app and found out that it was actually Salman Khan calling me! I immediately unblocked him and called him back; it was then that he offered me the film and that’s how I got the film,” she revealed.
Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan will hit cinemas on April 21.
