Popular YouTuber and winner of Bigg Boss OTT 2, Elvish Yadav, recently found himself entangled in a legal case filed by the Gautam Buddh Nagar police. The case revolves around alleged snake venom sales at rave parties within the National Capital Region (NCR). Earlier, in response to the allegations, Elvish took to social media to state his innocence. The content creator has now reiterated his position in a note on X.
Previously, Elvish Yadav shared a video denying all the charges against him. Elvish said, “All these accusations of me being arrested for consumption or acquisition of substance are untrue. I am ready to cooperate with the Noida police and UP CM Yogi Adityanath. If I am found even 0.1% involved in this, I am ready to take responsibility.” He added, “Also, I request the media not to malign my name by saying that I am arrested unless you have proper proof. I have nothing to do with the things I am accused of.”
The Gautam Buddh Nagar police arrested five individuals in connection with the case. According to the police, the arrests were made at Chevron banquet hall in Noida’s Sector 51, following a tip-off from People for Animals (PFA), an organization dedicated to animal rights and founded by Sultanpur Lok Sabha BJP MP Maneka Gandhi. During the operation, the police reportedly seized 20 ml of snake venom, five cobras, a python, two two-headed snakes, and a rat snake from the accused.
