Vishnu Vishal, Soori bury the hatchet 4 years after their real estate deal went sour: ‘Time is the answer to everything’

Soori has been an integral part of Vishnu Vishal’s acting career. The former shot to fame with the ‘parota’ comedy in Vishnu’s debut film Vennila Kabbadi Kuzhu, which became a blockbuster hit. From then on, the two teamed up for four comedy dramas of which Kullanari Koottam and Velainu Vandhutta Vellaikaaran made Vishnu a bankable star in Tamil cinema. The two actors have had a great rapport on and off screen, which came to a screeching halt due to a land deal.

Soori accused Vishnu Vishal’s father Ramesh Kudwala of cheating him of Rs 2.7 crore. Both the actors accused each other in interviews and social media. For the past four years, both actors have avoided each other. Even while talking to Indian Express ahead of Lal Salaam’s release, Vishnu Vishal lashed out at people who commented on his tweets demanding him to return Soori’s money. “Do you even know what’s the problem? Do you really know I owe him money? Without knowing any information people talk.” The actor also claimed that a negotiation is going on between the two and it will reach a good conclusion.

The recent tweet by Vishnu has confirmed an amicable solution has been found. Soori shared the tweet and wrote, “Everything that happens is for good.”

It has to be seen if the two actors will team up again for a comedy-drama. Meanwhile, Soori will next be seen in Kottukaali, which is directed by PS Vinothraj, who won the top award at Rotterdam for his film Koozhangal. He will also be seen in Vetrimaaran’s Viduthalai Part 2. On the other hand, Vishnu has Mohandas and Aaryan in his upcoming line-up.
