Emotions are running high as a countdown of sorts has begun for Thalapathy 69, which is said to be actor-politician Vijay’s final film. Helmed by H Vinoth and backed by KVN Productions, the only update from the makers so far has been that composer Anirudh Ravichander has been roped in for Thalapathy 69. Now, the makers have revealed that over the next few days, they would share the names of the actors who would be playing pivotal roles in the movie.
In a smartly cut video promo, they revealed the silhouettes of the actors, and it was told that on Tuesday, ‘The Lord of Charisma’ would be announced as part of the cast. It was then revealed that Bobby Deol is part of Thalapathy 69.

Bobby Deol seems to be a man on a mission in his Southern sojourn. In a month or so, he would be seen as the primary antagonist in the much-awaited Suriya-Siva film Kanguva. Bobby is also part of Balakrishna’s upcoming film NBK 109, which would be helmed by Waltair Veerayya director Bobby Koli.
Even as the makers tried their best to mask the cast names by only using the silhouettes, netizens were quick to decode the images. From the assumptions made so far, it is expected that Thalapathy 69 would feature Pooja Hegde, Priyamani, Prakash Raj, and Mamitha Baiju. Let’s see if the decoding is on point, or if the makers would spring a surprise or four.

Meanwhile, Vijay’s recent film GOAT is set to begin streaming on Netflix from October 3.
