The makers of the upcoming Tamil film Raghuthatha released a teaser on Friday. Starring Keerthy Suresh, the movie is a fun take on Hindi imposition.
In the one-minute teaser, Keerthy shines as a woman fighting against the imposition of Hindi in Tamil Nadu. She says no to a job promotion that requires passing a Hindi exam. Keerthy’s dedication and actions connect with many people. The promo ends with a twist, leaving us eager to find out what happens next in the story.
The movie is helmed by first-time director Suman Kumar and is backed by Hombale films. Having previously delivered hits like KGF 1, KGF 2, Kantara and Salaar, the production house has now ventured into Tamil cinema by backing Raghuthatha.
