Fans of Tamil superstar Ajith were taken by surprise to see their idol celebrating the birthday of Indian cricketer T Natarajan. Ajith, who is on a bike trip to Madhya Pradesh with his co-star Aarav and other friends, seems to have met the cricketer in Hyderabad. Natarajan cut the cake in the presence of the star and his friend on the eve of his birthday. Pictures of Ajith feeding cake to Natarajan have gone viral on social media.
The two also posed together for the camera. Both Ajith and birthday boy Natarajan were dressed in white. Along with Natarajan, legendary spin bowler Muthiah Muralidharan, the bowling coach for Sunrisers Hyderabad, was also seen standing with the pace bowler in the picture.
Natarajan, who plays for Sunrisers Hyderabad in the Indian Premier League, is currently in Hyderabad for the upcoming match with Chennai Super Kings set to take place on April 5.
This is not the first time Natarajan has been celebrated by Ajith fans. Back in 2020, when Natarajan made his international debut as a bowler for India against Australia in Sydney, Ajith fans in the stadium wished him by holding a banner featuring Ajith and the cricketer.
Natarajan is considered to be the pride of Tamil Nadu as the youngster’s rags-to-riches story has inspired many across the state. Born into a poor family in a village in Sale, the cricketer fought his way through international cricket and has earned a reputation as a death-over specialist in IPL.
Meanwhile, Ajith Kumar is currently on a break from the filming of his upcoming film Vidaamuyarchi, directed by Magizh Thirumeni. The film has been in the making for the past few months in many locations across India and Azerbaijan. Ajith Kumar will next team up with his fan and director Adhik Ravichander in the film Good Bad Ugly.
