"I am not sure why Prem Kumar invited me for the event. Love is such a beautiful thing. 96 is a celebration of love, womanhood and life. Why everyone likes Sethu is because people could relate to him. He is one of us. We have either been Ram or Janu. That's why the film is successful. We live because we love," says activist Thirumurugan Gandhi.

It is very easy to direct a film, but difficult to take it to theaters and audience," says Cheran.
