A new eyewitness account has brought to light the heartbreaking details of the accident that claimed the life of Punjabi singer-actor Rajvir Jawanda. The 35-year-old star tragically lost his life after his BMW motorcycle collided with stray cattle in Himachal Pradesh. According to the eyewitness, Rajvir was riding with a group of five biker friends when the tragedy struck. The group was traveling in formation when two bulls suddenly began fighting on the road. “One of them darted right in front of Rajvir’s bike. He tried to swerve, but it was too late. The bike skidded out of control and crashed violently,” the witness recalled. The impact was severe, leaving Rajvir with serious head and spinal injuries. He was immediately rushed to Fortis Hospital in Mohali, where doctors placed him on life support. Despite medical efforts, he remained in a critical condition for several days before succumbing to his injuries.

As per a recent report by Punjab Kesari, Rajvir Jawanda was declared dead at 10:55 a.m. in Mohali. Actor-singer Ammy Virk shared that Rajvir Jawanda's last rites will take place at his native village Pona near Jagraon, Punjab, on October 9 at 11 am. Rajvir hailed from Pona village, Jagraon (Ludhiana district). Ammy Virk also posted funeral updates on his Instagram.

Rajvir Jawanda died on Oct 8, 2025, reportedly from multiple organ failure caused by severe head and spinal injuries from a Sept 27 accident. Reports indicate he was on ventilator support until death. In such cases, if ventilator is removed, the body can't breathe independently, leading to hypoxia and rapid organ failure. As per a report by HT, Rajvir Jawanda's neurological condition remained critical, with minimal brain activity and no notable improvement despite intensive medical care. His condition was labelled 'extremely critical' soon after the accident, and he had remained on life support since being admitted.
