Actor Shine Tom Chacko, who was recently acquitted in a 2015 drug case involving him and six others, was seen fleeing from a hotel in North Ernakulam during a police raid linked to suspected drug use. The incident, captured on CCTV, occurred on Wednesday.

Shine, who was staying on the third floor of the hotel, reportedly escaped through a window after spotting the police. CCTV footage shows him and two companions jumping from the third floor to the second, then into the swimming pool before making their way down the stairs. Although a thorough search of the room did not lead to the recovery of any narcotic substances, police suspect that he may have been tipped off. The actor is currently absconding.
