Prithviraj, Basil Joseph starrer Guruvayoor Ambalanadayil goes on floors, see photos

Prithviraj had announced Guruvayoor Ambalanadayil in January this year. He had posted on Instagram, “This is a story that makes me smile every time I think of it since I heard it well over a year ago! Teaming up with the the multi-talented Basil Joseph, directed by Vipin Das after the blockbuster Jaya Jaya Jaya Jaya Hey, written by Deepu Pradeep after Kunjiramayanam and joining hands with my long time associates E4 Entertainment, presenting GURUVAYOOR AMBALANADAYIL 😊.”

Basil Joseph had shared on Instagram, “It’s my absolute pleasure to work with @vipindashb again after Jaya Jaya Jaya Jaya Hey, dearest @deepu.pradeep_ after Kunjiramayanam, to collaborate with E4 Entertainments after Godha, and above all, absolutely thrilled to share screen space with none other than @therealprithvi. Presenting you all Guruvayoor Ambalanadayil.”

This is Basil Joseph’s second collaboration with director Vipin Das after their hit 2022 film Jaya Jaya Jaya Jaya Hey. The movie also stars Anaswara Rajan, Nikhila Vimal, Yogi Babu, Jagadish and Rekha Harris.

On the work front, Prithviraj will be seen next in Aadujeevitham, which is directed by Blessy. The film is an adaptation of Benyamin’s critically acclaimed novel of the same name. Besides this, Prithviraj’s third directorial L2: Empuraan is also in the pipeline. He will also be seen in Bollywood movie Bade Miyan Chote Miyan alongside Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff.
