Mohanlal lifts 100kgs at the age of 63 as netizens hail his dedication, Watch

Malayalam superstar Mohanlal is giving fitness goals to his fans. The actor recently uploaded a video of him doing a workout where he lifts 100 kg weights and pushes his limits.

In the video, Mohanlal’s coach is seen encouraging him to do more and the actor doesn’t seem to be slowing down. The 63-year-old actor posted the video on his Instagram account and allowed his workout inspiration to do all the talking. He posted a muscle-flexing emoticon in the caption.

Fans flooded the comment section with praises within minutes of the actor’s post. They applauded his dedication to his health. A follower commented, “Is This Man Really 63 Years Old ?, Laletta…You Are AMAZING”, while another one wrote, “Proved that Age is just a number”. Many followers dropped fire emoticons as comments to show how lit and inspirational the video was.

Mohanlal will soon be seen in the film Vrushabha. The film’s shooting has gone on floors and also marks the acting debut of Shanaya Kapoor. It is produced by Ektaa R Kapoor’s Balaji Telefilms along with Connekkt Media and AVS Studios.

Mohalal took to Twitter on Saturday to announce the filming of the project. They uploaded pictures from the set where the first clap was given. He wrote in the caption, “Vrushabha takes its first step towards the frame! As the clapboard snaps shut for #Vrushabha, we ask for your love and blessings.”


The film, directed by Nanda Kishore also stars Roshann Meka and Zahrah S Khan and will be shot in Telugu and Malayalam.
