When jewellery designer Farah Khan Ali launched her showroom,Farah Khan Fine Jewellery Store,at DLF Emporio in Delhi a few days ago,her entire starry family flew down from Mumbai to lend support.
Hrithik Roshan,her brother-in-law,added star power to the event,along with her husband DJ Aqeel and her brothers Zayed Khan and Fardeen Khan,who was accompanied by wife Natasha. One could also spot Farahs parents Sanjay Khan and Zarine chatting with the guests.
The women in the family wisely sported Farahs signature pieces,made from diamonds and rubies among other precious and semi-precious stones,ensuring that Bollywood glamour did not outshine the designs.
Delhis glitterati,too,added to the dazzle,especially members of the fashion fraternity. The 1,040 sq ft store is an outcome of Farahs partnership with Navin and Deepak Mehra of jewellers AKM Mehra sons.
