As part of his promotions for his forthcoming film ‘Ready’,Salman Khan is all set to appear as himself in ‘Laagi Tujhse Lagan’.
He plays cupid to the main lead Adesh Chowdhury (Diggu) and Mahhi Vij (Nakusha). He gives tips to Diggu on how to win over Nakusha.
Says Aadesh,I was really nervous with Sallu,but once I started shooting he made us feel so comfortable that nothing seemed impossible! Moreover,I felt out of the world when Sallu hugged me also we just bonded instantly as he could relate me with his character in Wanted and taught me some bhaigiri.
In the episode,Salman meets Nakusha and Diggu in the temple where Diggu has taken Nakusha to pray. When Nakusha comes out with her pooja ki thali and offers prasad to Diggu he refuses saying he doesnt believe in God. Seeing Nakusha sad,Salman picks up the prasad and asks Diggu to eat it thinking of it as just a sweet. When Diggu does so,Salman leans in and mentions to him how he can smell love blossoming between Diggu and Nakusha,thus leaving them both stunned.
This is not Salman’s first appearance on the show. The actor had appeared as Chulbul Pandey in an episode when he was promoting Dabangg.
