After months of hunting for the right actor to play the role of Milkha Singh in the biopic ‘Bhaag Milkha Bhaag’,Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra has finally found the perfect choice and it’s none other than Farhan Akhtar.
Farhan,who has impressed one and all with his acting prowess ever since he made his acting debut with ‘Rock On’ in 2008,will be playing the role of Milkha Singh. The actor will be joined by Sonam Kapoor in this much talked about project.
Farhan will be undergoing intensive training to look like athlete Milkha Singh. The actor even met up with Milkha Singh and his family recently in Punjab.
Shooting of the film begins in February 2012.
