Music legend Bob Dylan went unnoticed as he visited the childhood home of late Beatle John Lennon.

The ‘Blowin’ in the Wind’ singer mingled with other tourists as he took a tour to the late icon’s childhood home, where Lennon grew up with his aunt Mimi and uncle George,‘Mirror online’ reported.

Dylan was ‘enthralled’ as he stopped to look around Lennon’s bedroom where he wrote some of the earliest hits of the Fab Four.

Dylan, who is in Liverpool as part of his worldwide tour, spent hours scanning the old photographs, documents and other memorabilia of Lennon.

“We couldn’t believe it when his agent rang us and asked if we could get Bob on one of our tours to see John’s house. He spent ages going through photo albums and was thrilled at all the memorabilia,” said a spokeswoman for the National Trust, which owns and maintains the house.

“He’s definitely the biggest celebrity we’ve ever had on our tours. But incredibly no one else recognised him,” the spokeswoman added.
