Nayanthara, R. Madhavan, and Siddharth are set to navigate ambition, love, duty, and personal struggles in their upcoming filmTest. On Tuesday, the makers released the trailer, offering a glimpse into the intriguing, intersecting lives of a cricketer, a scientist, and a teacher. The film is scheduled to premiere on Netflix on April 4.
Netflix took to their Instagram handle and shared the trailer of Test. The caption read, “TEST trailer out now. How far will they go for their dreams? Only a TEST will tell. Watch TEST, starring @actormaddy, @nayanthara, and @worldofsiddharth, out 4 April in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada and Hindi, only on Netflix!” The movie will be available in Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada.

In the trailer, Nayanthara, R Madhavan, and Siddharth are seen making life-altering decisions that will determine whether they are seen as heroes or villains. The trailer opens with Nayanthara introducing her childhood friend, Arjun—a cricketer played by Siddharth—to her husband, a scientist portrayed by R. Madhavan, who is now running a canteen. The clip further explores how Madhavan and Nayanthara’s characters navigate their struggles to conceive a child while balancing their careers. Meanwhile, Arjun grapples with his own personal and professional challenges. As their lives intertwine, every decision and sacrifice becomes crucial in the game of life.
Directed by S Sashikanth, Test also features Kaali Venkat, Nassar, and Vinay Varma in pivotal roles. The movie is backed by Chakravarthy Ramachandra.
