Sudha Murthy reacts as Narayan Murthy confesses he forgot their 25th anniversary: ‘Who can remember these things?’

On the latest episode of The Great Indian Kapil Show, Deepinder Goyal, his wife Grecia Munoz, Narayan Murthy, and Sudha Murty will make some fun revelations and also play the iconic ring toss game.

This week on The Great Indian Kapil Show, Zomato CEO Deepinder Goyal and his wife Grecia Munoz will be seen as guests along with businessman Narayan Murthy and his wife Sudha Murthy. As per the latest promo, the guests are seen playing the fun ring game, where Deepinder misses his aim, following which Sunil Grover jokes, “aapki galat jagah delivery ho rahi hai.” Kapil also points out how Deepiander’s app always shares flirtatious notifications. Later, Narayan Murthy reveals how he had forgotten his 25th wedding anniversary and what happened after that.

While Kapil shows some flirty notifications Zomato sends to its customers, after which Kapil asks Deepinder if he typed those as messages for his wife Gia and by mistake sent them to his customers, Jokingly, Deepinder says it has happened a few times that after typing a message for Gia he has realized they would make for great notifications.

Sudha Murty also revealed how she has been quite a bad cook, but that has kept her husband fit. In a fun moment, Narayan Murthy also revealed that he had forgotten his 25th Anniversary. He shared, “One day, I woke up in the morning and Sudha said to me, is anything special today? And I said no…nothing? So I decided to go to the office and as I was getting in the car, she asked me, think of anything special today? And I went no? It’s the same day. Then that evening, I was to come to Bombay and I was in the car when I got a call from my daughter. She was in the US at that time, studying at Stanford. She asks me, what are you doing? I told her I was going to catch a flight to Mumbai. She said, ‘Cancel the flight right now, and take the first flight out tomorrow morning at 6 and come back to Bangalore and wish my mother, and your wife, a happy anniversary day.”

Sudha Murty added to this, “It was our 25th wedding anniversary so it doesn’t happen every year. So I thought, let me give him a cue but it did not work… For five-ten minutes I felt bad because I’m also human. But my daughter was very upset, she went ‘In America this never happens!’, but I went ‘India main it happens though’, who can remember these things?”

Deepinder Goyal, Grecia Munoz, Narayan Murthy, and Sudha Murty will be seen on The Great Indian Kapil Show’s latest episode which will stream on Netflix tonight.
