Bollywood actress Kareena Kapoor has been busy shooting for her next film ‘Udta Punjab’ in the interiors of Punjab. The actress was spotted shooting for a scene with Punjabi actor Diljit Dosanjh.
Kareena’s look in Udta Punjab looks quite similar to her Geet avatar in the hit ‘Jab We Met’.
The actress can be seen wearing pink salwar kameez, sneakers and black cardigan in the shot with Diljit.
Kareena’s former boyfriend and ‘Haider’ actor Shahid Kapoor is also likely to begin shooting for the movie soon. Though Kareena and Shahid are doing their first film post Jab We Met, the two are not going to share any scene in the movie.
Shahid Kapoor posted a picture of his with hair tied in a pony, looks like the actor is going to sport a turban in the movie. He is busy training for the role.
‘Udta Punjab’ directed by Abhishek Chaubey, also stars Alia Bhatt. Produced by Anurag Kashyap’s Phantom Films, Udta Punjab is now acquired by Balaji Motion Pictures. The film is said to be about drug mafia in Punjab.
