Continuing his annual tradition, producer Ramesh Taurani hosted yet another grand Diwali celebration this year, attended by some of Bollywood’s biggest names. The glittering guest list included Shah Rukh Khan, Hrithik Roshan, and several other leading stars from the industry. One of the inside pictures that has gone viral on social media shows SRK posing warmly with Sunita Ahuja, wife of veteran actor Govinda, while Taurani is seen smiling in the background.
As always, Hrithik Roshan made an appearance with his partner Saba Azad. The couple stopped to pose for the paparazzi, radiating festive charm. What particularly caught fans’ eyes this year was Hrithik’s choice of accessory, a pendant resembling the mask of his superhero character Krrish. Many believe this could be a subtle tease from the star, who is reportedly gearing up not only to act in but also to direct the next installment of the Krrish franchise, a first for him.
The evening also saw the presence of several other well-known faces, including Nimrat Kaur, Shriya Saran, Nargis Fakhri, Pooja Hegde, Kritika Kamra, Siddhant Chaturvedi, and Tahir Raj Bhasin. Among the couples spotted were Arshad Warsi and Maria Goretti, as well as Riteish Deshmukh and Genelia Deshmukh, both of whom added to the night’s charm. While Sohail Khan made it to the celebrations, his brother Salman Khan, who is usually a regular at Taurani’s Diwali parties, was notably absent this year. The actor had reportedly attended the funeral of veteran actor Pankaj Dheer’s late wife earlier in the day.
Adding to the evening’s buzz were Ibrahim Ali Khan and Palak Tiwari, who arrived together, once again sparking dating rumours. Soon-to-be-married couple Pulkit Samrat and Kriti Kharbanda also drew attention as they walked in hand-in-hand, exuding happiness. Sonakshi Sinha and her husband Zaheer Iqbal made an appearance as well, looking radiant amid ongoing pregnancy rumours.
Every year, the Diwali season sees a flurry of star-studded gatherings across Bollywood, from Shah Rukh Khan’s private celebrations to Amitabh Bachchan’s legendary parties. Just days ago, designer Manish Malhotra too hosted his lavish Diwali bash, which brought together the crème de la crème of the film fraternity.
