So what happens when an incredibly handsome stable boy… oops! wedding planner falls in love with the sister of the bride? Well, that’s the outline we get from Alia Bhatt-Shahid Kapoor starrer, ‘Shaandaar’.
The actors, who are sharing screen space for the first time, look energetic and vibrant and their chemistry is definitely sizzling hot.
Fresh faced Alia (Alia Bhatt) simply cannot resist the charms of the sexy yet totally fun-loving Jaginder Joginder (Shahid Kapoor) as they secretly romance each other amidst the wedding preparations in a dreamy palatial venue.
Shahid’s real father, Pankaj Kapur is Alia’s reel dad in this one and he steals the show from the youngsters. Watching father and son together is an added treat we must admit. We also get a glimpse of Sanjay Kapur who plays supporting role.

Directed by ‘Queen’ filmmaker, Vikas Bahl, expectations from ‘Shaandaar’ are sky high and the trailer surely will leave you in splits, not to mention breathless as we’re also treated to Alia Bhatt looking sensational in a bright pink bikini.
Before the trailer’s release, Alia was clearly excited as she posted on twitter.
Even Shahid Kapoor sent out love to his beloved fans after the launch.
