Also attached with the picture was a note for Amitabh Bachchan. The actor took to Twitter to share, “Moment of joy and pride .. Saira ji sends me this : “from Dilip Saab to you with love from the hospital.”

Earlier Amitabh Bachchan had informed his fans about the health of the ailing legendary actor, who was in hospital for respiratory problems.

Saira Banu had said they had to take him to the hospital as he was suffering from high fever and chest infection since April 15 night.
