Priyanka Chopra Jonas sells four flats in Mumbai worth Rs 16 crore

Actor Priyanka Chopra Jonas, who currently resides in Los Angeles, has sold four luxury apartments in Mumbai's Oberoi Six Gardens for Rs 16.17 crore.

Actor Priyanka Chopra Jonas has sold four luxury flats in Mumbai’s Oberoi Six Gardens for Rs 16.17 crore. The four flats also include a jodi unit, which is the most expensive of the lot.

Oberoi Sky Gardens is located in Andheri West, Mumbai. The total sale value of the flats is around Rs 16.17 crore, according to IndexTap.

The first three flats located on the 18th floor have been sold for Rs 3.45 crore, Rs 2.85 crore, and Rs 3.52 crore, respectively. The fourth flat, located on the 19th floor, which is a jodi unit, has been sold for Rs 6.35 crore. The stamp duty on all four properties comes to a total of Rs 83 lakhs. The documents for the properties were signed on March 3.

According to Architectural Digest India, Priyanka Chopra sold two properties in Versova in 2021. In 2023, Business Standard reported that she sold two penthouses in Lokhandwala. Additionally, she owns properties in Goa, New York, and Los Angeles.

Priyanka currently resides in LA with husband Nick Jonas and daughter Malti Marie Chopra Jonas. The actor, singer and producer is gearing up for the release of the Ilya Naishuller directorial Heads of State starring Idris Elba and John Cena.
